We may collect information you provide, including your grocery store, weekly budget, household size, meal preferences, dietary preferences, saved plans, and support messages. We may also collect basic device, app-usage, and diagnostic information needed to operate and improve Chow.

How we use information

We use information to create meal plans and grocery lists, personalize your experience, maintain and secure the service, respond to support requests, and understand how Chow is used.

How we share information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Chow, when you ask us to, or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Subscriptions

App Store purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Apple's own privacy terms apply to information it processes.

Data retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide Chow, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may update information in the app and can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights.

Children

Chow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Chow changes. We will post the current version here and update the date above.
